Questions
What happens to my site if my license expires?
Your published pages keep working exactly as they are. Only the editor locks until you renew, and you keep access to every version released while your license was active.
Do staging and local sites use a seat?
No. localhost, .local, .test and staging or dev subdomains never count toward your site limit.
How do updates reach my sites?
NuuStudio installs from our private npm registry using your license key. pnpm update, Renovate or Dependabot pick up new releases and your next deploy ships them.
Can I move a license to a different site?
Yes. Remove the old site from your dashboard, or clear the key in the plugin settings, and activate it on the new one.
What is the Everything plan?
Our highest Agency tier, paid once: unlimited sites, the cloud library, team access, white label and lifetime updates, with nothing to renew. It's a limited-time offer. Licenses bought while it's available keep everything, even after the offer ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email hello@nuulab.com within 14 days of any payment, including a renewal, and we'll refund it in full.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs on Stripe, so you can pay with the cards and wallets Stripe supports in your country. Invoices and receipts live under Manage billing in your dashboard.
